Our Under 13 division still allows for parents to go in the water and assist their child, however we try to encourage surfers to catch waves and ride without any adult assistance.
Our Under 13 division still allows for parents to go in the water and assist their child, however we try to encourage surfers to catch waves and ride without any adult assistance.
We still see this division, especially for the 9 and 10 year olds, as a transitional stage in surfing development so our emphasis is on fun and safety and the joy of coming together to surf with friends while being videoed.
All entrants in this division go in the draw for prizes.
